Al Yamamah University was initially established as a single college under the name “Al Yamamah College,” by the Al Khudair family as the family’s second contribution to the private education sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, after it had pioneered the establishment of the first private schools, Model Education Schools, in Riyadh in 1957.
