About the company
Bank Al Jazira was established as a Saudi joint stock company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pursuant to Royal Decree No. 46/AD issued on Jumada Al-Thani 12, 1395 AH (June 21, 1975 AD). The bank began its operations on Shawwal 16, 1396 AH (October 9, 1976 AD) after it acquired the branches of the National Bank of Pakistan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
