The first restaurant of the Al Tazaj restaurant chain was opened in the city of Mecca in 1989 on Al Aziziyah Main Street. The idea of ​​creating this great edifice was to provide young (23 days old) and fresh chickens from Fakih Poultry Farms. It is worth noting that the chicken used in Al Tazaj restaurants is seasoned with a natural mixture of garlic, tomatoes, lemon, ginger, and spices, and the chicken is grilled over charcoal, so we do not have a secret mixture.
