In line with the economic growth witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the reformulation of the economy, systems, their paths and components through the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which imposed the necessity of the development of the private sector to keep pace with these changes, there was a need to change the approach of the private sector and the method of setting its goals and building new strategies based on performance indicators and the development of the private sector's resources and tools and understanding the expected change in market requirements, whether at the level of goods or services. From this vision, we learned that we needed to change the existing work culture and method of performance. The optimal choice for us was to establish a new entity in line with the Kingdom's vision to improve the provision of services in general and legal and advocacy in particular. The decision was to establish Masouf Law Firm and Legal Consultations, a professional company to present the idea of ​​the presence of legal services in a new and modern way in the professional field and the private sector. Masouf relied, after God, on ancient components and foundations represented in investing in young minds and the participation of those with experience in the legal field within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to provide its clients with a model that is compatible with the development of their requirements within a modern business model that depends on serving and representing the client in order to establish a partnership with him that achieves the goals. To achieve this model, we had to provide many resources, the most important of which are direct cadres and advisory or executive alliances to ensure continuity and the existence of a strategy that seeks to achieve the goals.
